Pulled Pork is a classic American BBQ dish from the South, which is delicious in a burger bun or on a plate with freshly made coleslaw.
The dish is an extremely popular dish among grill enthusiasts and once you have tasted it, it will not be the last time, as it is hard to believe that a chuck steak can be so delicious !
The dish is cooked over two days and can without problems be prepared in the grill which forms the basis of our recipe. We have used a dry rub for the meat and a BBQ sauce which is added when the meat is almost ready. To add a flavour of smoke we use Smoke It All smoke dust tray no. 1 Tidal Flats but other Smoke It All variants can be used as well.
