Available in heat-proof aluminium tray ready to put into the grill together with raw materials. The smoke dust in the tray is produced from PEFC certified beech dust blended with selected berries, herbs and spices.
The tray can be applied in gas as well as in coal grills. Each smoke variant is recommended for 3 different raw materials appearing from the label.
All single trays have user instructions printed on the back of the label.
