Rub 6 - Ideal for chicken / poultry

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon licorice powder.

1 teaspoon Colman´s mostard powder.

2 teaspoons oregano.

1 teaspoon thyme.

2 teaspoons coriander.

1 teaspoon chili or chipotle.

4 teaspoons paprika.

2 teaspoons salt.

1 teaspoon pepper.

Tip: We recommend smoke dust tray No. 9/Village Green together with poultry and this rub.

How to do:

Mix or blend the ingredients well and rub them carefully into the meat. 

Put the meat into a freezer bag and suck out the air, or wrap it and set aside to cool.

You can easily let the meat rest the night over, if you would like a more intensive marinating. Or it should rest minimum 1 hour in the fridge.
