Rub 4 - Ideal for beef

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons dried oregano.

3 teaspoons onion powder.

3 teaspoons garlic powder.

1/3 dl cane sugar or brown sugar.

2 teaspoons salt.

½ dl rose paprika.

Tip: We recommend smoke dust tray No. 2/Lowland or No. 5/Meadow together with beef for this rub.

How to do:

Mix or blend the ingredients well and rub them carefully into the meat. 

Put the meat into a freezer bag and suck out the air or wrap it and set aside to cool.

You can easily let the meat rest the night over, if you would like a stronger marinating. Or it should rest minimum 1 hour in the refrigerator.
